JR MABRY: CEO
Mr. Mabry is the founder of Corral Oil & Gas, bringing over 10 years of independent experience
in evaluating, sourcing, acquiring, managing, and divesting oil & gas interests across the United
States, and over 20 years’ experience as a Landman.
Prior to establishing Corral, Mr. Mabry founded Bull Run Acquisitions, LLC in 2014, a mineral &
royalty acquisition & management company primarily operating in the Haynesville Shale of Louisiana, Colorado & Wyoming. Bull Run Acquisitions began with an initial equity commitment and royalty acquisition of $14,000.
Before founding Bull Run Acquisitions, Mr. Mabry worked as an Independent Petroleum Landman across various prospects in Louisiana, Mississippi, North Dakota and Alabama,
gaining valuable experience in the field. Mr. Mabry holds a BBA in Marketing with an emphasis
in Biology from Mississippi State University. He is a proud member of the AAPL and the MAPL, and is actively involved in his church.
STEVE SMITH: CFO
Mr. Smith has over two decades of finance and accounting experience in the upstream oil and
gas industry, with strong expertise in capital raises, acquisition evaluation, and financial modeling. Prior to Corral, he served as Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Providence
Energy Ltd., where he played a key role in the formation of Sierra Minerals and POCO Operating Company. In that role, he directed corporate financial strategy, managed acquisition
evaluations and financial models, and secured reserve-based lending facilities to support growth.
Previously, Mr. Smith was Controller at Elephant Resources and Financial Controller at RSP Permian (NYSE: RSPP), where he was an original member of the partnership and prepared filings for multiple public market capital raises, including those supporting the $2.4 billion merger
with Silver Hill Energy Partners in 2016. He began his career at Dale Resources as a Senior Accountant.

DUSTY ROUSE: COO
Dusty Rouse is a seasoned Senior Petroleum Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, specializing in drilling, completions, and production optimization. Dusty has experience in drilling, developing, working over, asset and investment evaluation in both conventional and unconventional assets in Texas, Mississippi, Colorado and Kansas. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering from Mississippi State University, Dusty began his career at Schlumberger, providing drilling and logging support in the Gulf of Mexico and Piceance Basin. He has since held key roles with independent operators, including Fleur de Lis Energy, where he managed Permian Basin assets, leading a team of 100 and optimizing production across 134,000 acres. Currently, as an independent consultant at High Peak Energy, Dusty focuses on Permian unconventional lateral production, wellsite supervision, and workover operations. Known for reducing operational costs and enhancing production through innovative artificial lift and recompletion strategies, he continues to drive efficiency in complex energy projects.
ANDREW UELTSCHEY, CPL: Vice President of Land
Since 2020, as Land and Business Development Manager at Corral Oil & Gas, LLC, Andrew has driven asset acquisitions and property management across Louisiana, Wyoming and Montana. Prior to Corral, he was Land Manager at Hughes Eastern Corporation, managing over 100 properties across multiple states.
Since 2012, Andrew has been an active member of the AAPL and MAPL, serving as MAPL President, Board member, and on the AAPL Board of Directors.
A Jackson MS native, Andrew began his career in high school, running title and creating drilling prospect abstracts, under the tutelage of his father, an oil and gas attorney. Andrew holds a BBA in Economics and a BA in Spanish at Mississippi State University. After an internship with the Office of the United States Trade Representative in Washington, D.C., he transitioned to a full-time petroleum
landman, managing title crews and prospects across Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, Arizona, New
York, and Pennsylvania.
STANLEY COOPER: SR. ADVISOR
Stanley Cooper brings over 30 years of seasoned expertise in oil and gas land management to Corral Oil & Gas, where he drives business development and provides strategic advisory guidance. A University of Southern Mississippi alumnus, Stanley launched his career as a Petroleum Landman alongside his father, Stan Cooper, at Stanco Petroleum—an independent
operator focused on opportunities in Louisiana and Mississippi.
Stanley has overseen the development and management of diverse oil and gas assets at
Spokane Operating Company. Earlier, he and his team drilled more than 100 wells in the prolific. Wilcox and Tuscaloosa trends of Louisiana and Mississippi, delivering an impressive 70% success rate. Stanley has also orchestrated over 20 high-stakes acquisition and divestiture deals, aggregating more than $750 million USD in value.
A proven leader, Stanley has managed teams of up to 14 professionals, negotiated key participation and drilling agreements with industry partners, and stewarded expansive portfolios encompassing over 315,000 acres and 80 producing wells across Gulf Coast parishes and counties. His strategic acumen and relentless drive make him a cornerstone of Corral Oil &
Gas' commitment to ethical, high-ROI exploration and partnerships.
TIM CHESTEEN: SR. ADVISOR
Tim Chesteen has over 38 years’ experience in Applied Geology and Geophysical interpretation and has participated in exploratory and development across onshore and
offshore trends throughout the Gulf of Mexico, Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama with Marathon Oil Company and Amoco USA.
After working for 2 majors,
Tim founded Pledger Petroleum, Inc. in 1990, conducted major deep drill projects in Louisiana, including Port Hudson and Chalkley fields, discovering over 4 TCFG. In 1994, Tim established Pledger Operating Company, Inc., which manages the intricate drilling and completion phases for its proprietary exploration projects. The company also specializes in acquiring, operating, and actively participating as a working interest partner in fields across Mississippi and Louisiana. A notable career highlight is
Tim's leadership in the development of W. Broussard Field in Lafayette Parish,
Louisiana, which achieved a state-record production rate of 60 MMCF and 2,000 BO daily.
Currently, Pledger Operating Company is developing North Leroy Field, Vermilion Parish, Louisiana. Beyond exploration, Tim is adept at evaluating producing properties,
consistently enhancing production and fostering development for stakeholders. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Mississippi State University,
complemented by minors in Physics and Geography.
